Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive it. This will be verified by the tracking number on the package. Notify us in writing at email@example.com if you need assistance. We will try to help you trouble shoot the problem via email. We will determine if a replacement is warranted. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy is for incorrect item shipped only.
